Instructions

  1. Cut of the tough parts of the stalks, trim any white ends or peel with a vegetable peeler.
  2. Heat the grill for 3 minutes over medium heat.
  3. Pour 100 ml / 3oz of water into the ridge surrounding the grill.
  4. Place the Asparagus and Eggs in the Steam Grill, and keep the lid on while cooking.
  5. After 6 minutes remove the Eggs.
  6. Cook the Asparagus for 6 minutes for al dente (i.e. firm but cooked) or leave for longer if you prefer.
