California Grilled Chicken Breasts

Boneless chicken breasts

Basil, chopped
1/2 cup
Balsamic vinegar
1/2 tbsp
Garlic powder
1 tbsp
1 tbsp
Extra virgin olive oil
1 tbsp
Italian herb mix
Pepper and salt

  1. In a bowl, whisk well together balsamic vinegar, garlic powder, honey, extra virgin olive oil, Italian herb mix.
  2. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  3. Marinate the chicken with the sauce for 30 minutes.
  4. Preheat Steam Grill over medium heat for 3 minutes.
  5. Grill the meat for 4 minutes, covered.
  6. Turn over and grill the other side for 3 minutes, covered.
  7. Put mozzarella, avocado, and tomato in turn on the chicken.
  8. Add 1/8 cup water to the ridge surrounding the grill.
  9. Steam for 3~4 minutes,  covered.
  10. Garnish basil chopped.
  11. Spread the marinade over the chicken.
