Easy Grilled Beef Steak

Steak meat(cut of choice)
Salt and pepper to taste
Parsley to garnish, chopped
Butter to taste
Watercress to garnish

  1. Bring the meat to room temperature and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Preheat the Stem Grill for 5 minutes on medium to high heat and place the meat.
  3. Cover and cook for about 5 minutes, then flip and cook for another 2 minutes.
  4. Check the progress, cover again, and cook for 1 – 2 more minutes.
  5. Bring butter to room temperature and mix with minced parsley. Place it on the steak.
  6. Garnish with watercress and serve.
