Grilled Asparagus and Eggs

Anchovy fillets or 1 tbsp Olive oil & some anchovy paste, mixed
2 tbsp
Parmesan cheese

Eggs

Black pepper
Instructions

  1. Cut off fibrous ends of asparagus.
  2. Preheat Steam Grill over medium heat for 3 minutes.
  3. Pour 1/3 cup water (2.7oz or 80cc) in the ridge surrounding the grill surface and put the asparagus.
  4. Put anchovy, cheese and eggs over the vegetable and steam for 5~6minutes with the lid on.
  5. Lastly, sprinkle pepper to serve.
