Grilled Branzino with Orange & Herbs

Navel orange

Six
sage leaves

1/2 tsp
Salt

1/4 tsp
Pepper

1/4 cup
White wine

2 tbsp
Extra virgin olive oil
Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix orange zest, sage, salt & pepper well.
  2. Sprinkle a pinch of salt and pepper over the fish both sides, put orange & herb mix on top and inside evenly.
  3. Heat the grill over medium heat, place the sliced oranges over the grill and put stuffed fish on them.
  4. Pour Olive Oil on fishes and cook with the lid on for 5 minutes.
  5. Pour white wine and steam for 5 minutes.
