Grilled Chicken Breast

Large chicken breast (10.5-12oz)
Salt to taste
Freshly ground pepper to taste
Instructions

  1. Remove excess fat from the chicken, stab a few times with a fork, and rub in salt and pepper by hand.
  2. Preheat the Steam Grill for 3 – 4 minutes on medium heat and place the chicken, skin side down.
  3. When the skin is browned after a minute or so, flip and cook for another 2 minutes.
  4. Add 2 oz of water in the gutter (water pocket) and cover with the lid. Cook on low heat for 4 minutes.
  5. Turn the heat off but keep the lid on and finish cooking with residual heat.
