Grilled Curried Pumpkin

Small pumpkin

1 tsp
Sea salt

1 tsp
Curry Powder

Some
Pepper
Instructions

  1. Discard seeds of pumpkin.
  2. Cut the pumpkin into 1/4-inch (6 mm) wedges.
  3. Mix salt and curry powder in a small bowl.
  4. Preheat the grill for 3 minutes over medium heat.
  5. Place the pumpkin, sprinkle pepper and grill till golden brown, covered.
  6. Turn over, add water in the ridge and steam for 4 minutes, covered.
  7. Sprinkle the salt and curry powder over the pumpkin.
