Grilled Pumpkin with Bacon and Mushrooms

Pumpkin, cut into wedges
100g (0.2lb)
King oyster mushrooms, thinly sliced
50g (0.1lb)
Bacon, thinly sliced

Cloves of garlic
Some
Rosemary
Some
Extra virgin olive oil, black pepper and rock salt
Instructions

  1. Preheat STEAM GRILL over medium heat for 3 minutes.
  2. Put garlic, king oyster mushrooms, and bacon. Spread extra virgin olive oil on them and stir-fry well.
  3. Take them out from the grill.
  4. Place pumpkin and grill for 2 minutes, covered.
  5. Pour 1/4 cup water to the ridge surrounding the grill and steam-grill for 2-3 minutes, covered.
  6. Turn the pumpkin over.
  7. Put the garlic, king oyster mushrooms, and bacon back.
  8. Put rosemary.
  9. Spread the olive oil and sprinkle black pepper and rock salt.
  10. Pour 1/8 cup water to the ridge.
  11. Steam for 2 minutes, covered.
