Grilled Teriyaki Salmon

Salmon fillet
5~8 spears
Fresh Asparagus
4~5
Cherry Tomatoes

Back pepper, salt and garlic powder
2 tbsp
Soy sauce
2 tbsp
Brown sugar
1 tbsp
Extra virgin olive oil
Some
Thyme
Instructions

  1. Marinate a salmon fillet with black pepper, salt, garlic powder, soy sauce, brown sugar and olive oil.
  2. Preheat Steam Grill over medium heat for 3 minutes.
  3. Put the fillet, skin-side up, and grill for 2~3 minutes until browned.
  4. Flip the fillet over.
  5. Put asparagus and cherry tomatoes, and place thyme on the fillet.
  6. Spread the marinade on to the fish.
  7. Add 1/8 cup water to the ridge surrounding the grill and steam for 5 minutes, covered.
