Honey Soy Chicken Wings

Chicken wings
1 tbsp
Soy sauce
1 tbsp
Japanese sake
1 tsp
Ginger, grated
2 tbsp
Soy sauce
1 tbsp
Honey
Black pepper to taste
Garlic powder to taste
Instructions

  1. Wash and rinse chicken wings and pat dry.
  2. In a bowl, add 1tbsp soy sauce, 1tbsp Japanese sake, 1tsp ginger, and chicken wings.
  3. Toss well and set aside for 10 minutes.
  4. In a small dish, add 2tbsp soy sauce and 1tbsp honey an mix well.
  5. Preheat Steam Grill on medium heat for 3 minutes.
  6. Place the wings, skin side down, and grill for 3~4 minutes.
  7. Turn the wings over and grill on low heat for 5 minutes.
  8. Take the wings out from the grill and place them in a tray.
  9. Spread the honey-soy over the wings and sprinkle pepper and garlic powder to finish.
