Sesame oil

Chopped ginger
1tsp
Chopped garlic

Red pepper flakes, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk well together miso paste, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, red pepper flakes, Japanese sake, black pepper, salt, and green onion.
  2. Marinate the chicken with the sauce for 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat Steam Grill over medium heat for 3 minutes.
  4. Grill the meat for 3 minutes, covered.
  5. Turn over and grill the other side for 4 minutes, covered.
  6. Put cherry tomatoes and green beans.
  7. Add 1/8 cup water to the ridge surrounding the grill.
  8. Steam for 4~5 minutes,  covered.
  9. Garnish chopped green onion.
