Orange-Marinated Grilled Pork Chops with Cauliflower

Balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp
Extra virgin olive oil
1 tbsp
Orange juice, freshly squeezed
1 tbsp
Orange zest
1/2 tbsp
Honey
Some
Black pepper, salt, garlic powder
Instructions

  1. Squeeze an orange for the juice.
  2. Zest the orange.
  3. Sprinkle black pepper, salt and garlic powder over pork chops.
  4. Marinate the chops with balsamic vinegar, extra virgin olive oil, orange juice, orange zest and honey and leave the meat for 10 minutes at least.
  5. Preheat STEAM GRILL on medium heat for 4 minutes.
  6. Put the orange, sliced on the grill.
  7. Put the meat and grill on medium heat for 3 minutes, covered.
  8. Put rosemary and garlic cloves.
  9. Turn the chops over and grill for 2 minutes, covered.
  10. Add cauliflower next to the meat.
  11. Add 1/4 cup water to the ridge surrounding the grill surface.
  12. Steam for 3 minutes, covered.
