Salmon Steak with Salad

0.3 lb (150 g)
Fresh salmon fillet per person

3 oz (100 ml)
White wine

Olive oil

  1. Season salmon fillets with pepper, salt, garlic powder and your favorite seasoning.
  2. Preheat the grill for 3 minutes over medium heat.
  3. Put the salmon fillets on the grill, pour white wine in the ridge and cook until they get grilled marks.
  4. Turn over and cook for 5 minutes. Add more wine if necessary.
