Small Sea Bream (8inches)

Potatoes, cut into 1/2inch slices

Red onion, cut into thick slices

Rosemary sprigs

Tomato, cut into 1/4inch slices

White wine

Lemon, cut into thick slices
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

  1. Remove the scales, fins, and guts from the sea bream and wash thoroughly.
  2. Make a slit in the back of the fish until the blade touches the spine and tuck rosemary sprigs and slices of tomato, garlic, and lemon. Sprinkle salt and pepper and place the fish in the Steam Grill.
  3. Arrange the remaining vegetables around the fish and lightly salt and pepper. Cook on medium heat.
  4. When the Steam Grill is hot, pour white wine and water and cover with the lid.
  5. Steam-grill until the fish and vegetables are cooked through.
