Recommendation: Smoked olive oil may be drizzled over salmon and enjoyed with white wine. With pepperoncino pasta, a rose wine is excellent.

This recipe can be made with APELUCA Tabletop Smoker.


  1. Put olive oil in a heat-resistant dish. Put 6g (1.5tbsp) of smoking chips in the tray, and place the tray at the base of the smoker.
  2. Put the lid on the smoker, leaving the ventilation hole half open. Heat on high until smoke appears. Then insert the grill rack with the dish of olive oil.
  3. Put the lid on, close the ventilation hole, and smoke with medium heat for 10 minutes. Turn off the heat and leave the oil in the smoker for another 4 minutes.

*Caution: The dish will be very hot.
