Steamed Chicken Breasts with Lemon

Boneless chicken breasts


2 tbsp
Lemon Juice

1 tbsp
Mirin (or Japanese sake)

1/2 tbsp
Soy Sauce

Pepper and salt

  1. Cut boneless chicken breasts into small pieces and marinate with pepper and salt.
  2. Cut onion into thin wedges and soak in lemon juice, mirin and soy sauce for 15 minutes.
  3. Preheat the grill for 3 minutes over medium heat.
  4. Place the chicken on the grill, add water in the ridge and cook for 4 minutes, covered.
  5. Place the onion with the sauce over the chicken and cook for 3 minutes.
