TERIYAKI Chicken Wings

Black pepper, salt and garlic powder

Soy sauce (A)
1.5 tbsp
Japanese sake
50g (o.1lb)
Fresh ginger, chopped
2 tbsp
Soy sauce (B)
Parsley, chopped

  1. Marinate chicken wings with black pepper, salt, garlic powder, soy sauce (A), Japanese sake, chopped ginger.
  2. Preheat Steam Grill over medium heat for 4 minutes.
  3. Place chicken wings skin side down, spread the marinade over the wings and grill for 4 minutes, covered.
  4. Turn the wings over.
  5. Add 1/8 cup water to the ridge surrounding the grill and steam for 3-4 minutes, covered.
  6. Mix honey and soy sauce (B).
  7. Spread it over the wings.
  8. Sprinkle parsley and leave it for 1 minute.
