Vegetable-Stuffed Turkey Roll

Turkey breast fillets

Carrot

2 oz (60g)
Fine beans

For seasoning
1/2 cup (100 ml) white wine, olive oil and fresh sage
Instructions

  1. Heat the grill for 3 minutes over medium heat.
  2. Season meat with salt and pepper.
  3. Cut carrot into thick batons.
  4. Stuff the turkey fillets with the vegetables and sage leaf. The rolls should be about 5 cm (2 inch) in diameter. Tie with kitchen string.
  5. Brush the rolls with olive oil.
  6. Pour white wine in the ridge surrounding the grill and grill for about 10 minutes, covered.
  7. After turning them, cook until the vegetables and meat are cooked. Add more white wine if necessary.
